Leveraging its unique multi-channel multi-module architecture, SMD BOX XLR delivers 10,000+ reel capacity with high-throughput parallel I/O, supporting centralized material supply for 5 or more SMT production lines from a single unit. The SMF platform automatically sorts materials by work order across different lines, with multiple channels processing multi-line kitting in parallel. Combined with AGV fleet dispatch, the entire process runs without human intervention.

SMD BOX XLR serves as the storage core module of ONE with its multi-channel multi-module architecture. The upgrade requires no replacement of the main unit — simply add the NEO SCAN PLUS automated registration module and NEO COUNTER X800 automated counting module to the XLR platform to create SMD BOX ONE. After the upgrade, a single machine covers registration, storage, retrieval, counting, and return, effectively protecting your initial XLR investment.

XLR integrates deeply with AGV dispatch systems through the SMF platform. After kitting is complete, SMF automatically sends transport tasks to the AGV system. The AGV fleet plans optimal routes based on line location and priority, delivering materials from XLR to designated line stations. Multiple AGVs work in coordination for parallel multi-line supply, achieving fully unmanned logistics from storage to production. Supports RESTful API and SQL direct connection, compatible with major AGV brands.

Centralized storage (XLR/ONE) leverages multi-channel multi-module architecture to manage all materials in one large-scale unit, best suited for factories with concentrated lines and clear logistics paths, providing maximum inventory visibility and management efficiency. Distributed storage (multiple SISO/MIMO units deployed near individual lines) reduces material transport distance, better for facilities with widely separated lines. The two approaches can be combined — for example, XLR as the central warehouse plus BOXi line-side storage at critical lines, balancing centralized management with proximity supply.
